Description of this seminar
What does it mean to belong, contribute and thrive as a neurodivergent member of a university community? Drawing on a month-long diary study with neurodivergent staff and students, Dr Josie Maitland and Heather Green from the University of Chichester share participants' reflections on identity, belonging, wellbeing and everyday university life, offering insights that may help create more inclusive, supportive and thriving university communities for neurodivergent staff and students, while highlighting wider principles of belonging, mattering and participation that benefit the university community as a whole
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Many thanks,
Rita
